Bottom line of this article, if you take the time to start enjoying even the smaller things in life, you will suddenly start noticing how really incredible everything is. The fact that you are here on earth is a one in a million chance possibility. Don't take anything for GRANTED. Once a moment passes you can never replicate that moment ever again. Be present and in the moment.

Number 10 is almost exactly how we send Reiki to different areas of the body.

I also personally practice number 11 when I have those insomniac nights.
