Returning to the Healing Space: Resuming Reiki & Sekhem Sessions

When the smoke clears and only I remain, I remember that healing is not about going back but about rising again.

These past few months have reshaped me in ways I’m still coming to understand. Since losing my home in the LA fires on January 7th, I’ve walked through grief, disorientation, and the slow, sacred work of rebuilding not just my living space but my sense of self. While I’m now settled in a new home, it took time for my spirit to find stillness again.

Now that stillness has returned, so too have clarity and grounding. And from this renewed place within, I feel ready to return to offering healing once more.

I’m reopening space for Reiki and Sekhem sessions online, and I do so with deeper reverence than ever before. We are living through a time of immense change. The stars above, as astrologer Pam Gregory reminds us, mark this as a “crossing over” year—a threshold of endings and beginnings on a cosmic scale. This energy is stirring profound shifts within us all, uprooting what no longer fits and calling forth what is waiting to emerge.

Many of us are feeling it in our bones. In our relationships. In the quiet corners of our lives.

I want to take a moment to thank my Los Angeles community for being such a vital part of my healing journey. Your support was not only physical and emotional, but spiritual too. It was awe-inspiring to witness the love, kindness, and care that poured out to us during those most uncertain days. You reminded me of what true community looks like.

As you held me in my time of need, I now open my hands in return.
