Sekhem-Khrem is named for the Egyptian warrior goddess and divine healer Sekhmet and channels an ancient, high frequency energy associated with the Sirius, Orion, and Lemurian star systems. Sekhem is understood to be a distinct energetic filter of Source energy, shaped by its Egyptian lineage and marked by an exceptionally potent vibrational quality.

Because of its strength and intensity, Sekhem-Khrem requires a grounded, initiated practitioner. Rather than working primarily with the chakra system as in Reiki, Sekhem engages the core channel system of the body. This form of healing also works with a symbolic language that is entirely its own, separate from Reiki lineages.

In Jaclyn’s personal experience, Sekhem energy feels similar to wearing contact lenses for the first time. Perception sharpens, awareness expands, and new layers of sensory and intuitive information come into focus. Clients often report feeling lighter, stronger, and more energized after a session. Sensations may be felt more vividly than in Reiki due to Sekhem’s distinct energetic frequency.

Sekhem-Khrem sessions with Jaclyn are offered as two hour sessions to allow time for both intentional dialogue and deep energetic work. Each session begins with a conversation about how the client is doing and where they are in their life. This opening dialogue is essential, as it informs how Jaclyn approaches the energy work on the client’s system.

Following this conversation, the client lies comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed. Jaclyn then begins the Sekhem-Khrem healing. Each session includes a guaranteed minimum of one full hour of hands on energy work on the body. Jaclyn often incorporates crystals into her in person sessions, placing them on or around the body when it feels appropriate to support the energetic work.

Sessions are unhurried and spacious, allowing the body and nervous system time to respond and integrate. Clients may experience strong energetic sensations, emotional release, deep stillness, or heightened awareness. Each session unfolds according to what the client’s system is ready to receive.

At the conclusion of the session, Jaclyn reviews her notes and shares reflections or insights that arose during the healing. These observations are offered for the client’s own contemplation and integration.

Sekhem-Khrem is a powerful modality that supports expanded awareness, energetic strength, and recalibration at a core level. Clients are encouraged to arrive with openness and curiosity, allowing the work to meet them where they are.

What to Wear and Bring

Clients are asked to wear comfortable clothing suitable for lying on a massage table. Clients are also welcome to bring any personal crystals or sacred objects they feel called to include in their session.
