Energy
Energy healing is based on the understanding that living beings exist within subtle fields of sensation, awareness, and connection. Across cultures, these fields have been described through the language of energy, breath, or life force. During prolonged stress, emotional strain, or major life transitions, these subtle systems can feel depleted or out of balance.
Reiki and Sekhem-Khrem are gentle, non invasive practices that work with these layers of experience. Through intentional presence and hands on or distance based energy work, these practices support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a return to greater coherence and ease.
The idea of a universal life force appears across cultures and histories. It has been named Qi in Chinese traditions, Pranain Indian philosophy, Mana in Hawaiian cosmology, Ruah in Hebrew texts, and vital force in Western philosophical thought.
Jaclyn’s work is informed by both energy healing lineages and formal training in mythology and depth psychology. She is completing doctoral studies in Mythology and Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she explores how myth, symbol, and archetypal patterns shape human experience. This perspective allows sessions to engage energetic and symbolic dimensions, particularly during periods of transition or reorientation.
Whether you are new to energy work or have prior experience, Reiki and Sekhem-Khrem offer a spacious and supportive environment for rest and recalibration. Clients often report feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded after sessions.
Each session is approached as a unique encounter rather than a fixed protocol. Drawing on her background in Reiki, Sekhem-Khrem, life coaching, and mythic depth work, Jaclyn listens carefully and adapts the work to the individual. She believes that tending to one’s inner life is essential to living fully and finds deep fulfillment in supporting others on that path.
